~MEET THE GOOD SMILES TEAM ~
This week we are introducing you to one of our dental assistants, Melissa! Melissa has 30 years of dental assisting experience - 25 years in Danville and 5 years with us. She regularly demonstrates dental assisting mastery - have you seen some of our dental work?!? As if her dental skills are not enough, she also exhibits movie trivia mastery, lyric mastery (“the heart of rock n roll is…” either still beating OR the beat 🤷‍♀️), strange two step with a little push dance-ish mastery, handwriting mastery (if you receive a legible card from us, that’s Melissa’s handwriting ❤️), parking lot attendant mastery (speed in and see)! In short she brings numerous skills to our team and patients alike. Melissa also has two precious grand babies that she loves to brag about. Melissa…IYKYK 🤷‍♀️ ❤️😎

This week we want to introduce you to Pam. She has been working with us for 5 years now. Pam is our insurance specialist who is kind enough to help each one of you with knowing what to expect before your dental visit. Her and her husband moved here from Connecticut. We are lucky to have her since she came with 16 years of experience in front desk customer care.

Hi,
I’m Pam. I help patients with insurance and billing as part of the front office team. I’m an animal lover with 10 cats, and I enjoy being outdoors whenever I can. I also have some REALLY great ideas - just ask my husband or Dr Good! :-)

This week we want to introduce you to Deakers. We have been fortunate to have her on our staff for 2 years. She is the first smile that will greet you. She brings years of dental experience and knowledge to our team.

Hi, my name is Deakers and I’m very excited to be part of the good smiles team! I’m originally from Miami and have been working in the dental field since 2001. I started my career as a dental assistant and now I work at the front desk.
I truly enjoy helping patients schedule their appointments and assisting them in understanding how their insurance works.
I look forward to helping our patients have a positive and comfortable experience at our office.

While Melissa is weird (favorite songs that I would categorize as No Hit Wonders, movies that maybe three people total watched, On Patrol Live fashion commentary, etc.), we agree that Melissa is THE BOMB!!! Someone wore a large clock around his neck back in the day. IYKYK! Well when the wall attacks you or when a paper cut prompts you to hold your finger above your heart, etc, then you need to wear a First Aid Kit.
