In addition Dr. Dooley received his fellowship from Midwest Implant Institute. Dr. Dooley and his extraordinary team hope to bring a caring family atmosphere, taking the fear of pain and anxiety out of the dental experience and providing a uniquely comfortable environment. 🚨 Big news for our hygiene team and our patients! 🚨

Ohio Registered Dental Hygienists are now approved to use dental lasers in practice! As of May 2026, RDHs who complete the required training and certification can bring laser technology into everyday hygiene visits — under the supervision of our dentists, of course. 🦷

So why does this matter for you?

✅ More comfortable visits — lasers can reduce the need for local anesthesia in many procedures
✅ Less bleeding and swelling during gum treatments
✅ Faster healing thanks to a more precise, sterile approach
✅ Reduced bacteria in periodontal treatment areas
✅ A gentler experience overall, especially for patients who feel anxious about traditional instruments

Our hygiene team is excited about what this means for periodontal therapy, tissue treatments, and more — all designed to make your care more precise and more comfortable.
