Location: Maryville, TN
Practice Type: Private, One-Dentist Practice
Hours: 25-30 hours per week (Fridays off) ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

We’re looking for a motivated, friendly, and professional Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. If you are someone who loves dentistry and enjoys making a difference in patients’ lives, we’d love to meet you! ✨JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Assisting the dentist during patient exams and procedures
✨Taking X-rays, impressions, and other diagnostic records
✨Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments
✨Providing patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans
✨Maintaining patient records and managing scheduling as needed
✨Ensuring a clean and organized clinical environment
✨Assisting with administrative tasks as needed ✨QUALIFICATIONS: ✨Must be a licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
✨Ability to work 25-30 hours per week
✨Excellent communication skills and a positive, caring attitude
✨Strong attention to detail and organization
✨Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
✨Experience with digital X-rays and dental software is a plus
✨Previous experience in a private practice is preferred but not required.
