Happy National Waffle Day!

This unofficial holiday marks the beginning of spring in Sweden. Waffles can be enjoyed savory or sweet, with syrup and powdered sugar being the most popular toppings.

Remember to brush well after enjoying. Sugar in syrup is a favorite treat to the bacteria in your mouth. The acid produced by the bacteria can eat away at your enamel causing decay.

When was the last time you changed your toothbrush? It's important to switch your toothbrush out every 3 months. Bristles become worn out and abrasive and carry more germs. Not frequently changing your toothbrush can lead to gum recession and inflammation.

Office is very professional but also very personal and helpful run by caring dental professionals. Dr. Sinclair is great and so is the entire staff. We are relatively new in Maryville and this is our permanent dentist.

I get anxiety going to the dentist. This was my first time going to Dr. Sinclair’s office and they made me feel comfortable. I do have to go back due to I have to have some work done but I’m praying everything will be okay.
