"Hello, I'm Mary Jo, a certified Usui & Fire Reiki Master and retired educator with a passion for helping others find balance, relaxation, and inner peace through Reiki. My journey with Reiki began years before my certification in 2016, and I'm honored to share this gentle energy practice to support your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My husband and I enjoy trying new restaurants, going on beach trips, and playing with our dogs and cat. I love to read, watch science fiction movies, and volunteer working with horses."

Mary Jo will also be offering Full Moon Meditation classes and classes to learn Reiki!
