Update: We are Out of Network with BCBSTN Medicare Advantage.

A little New Year’s Surprise from BlueCross... 🙄🎉

If you have the Medicare Advantage "BlueAdvantage Sapphire" plan, you might have received a very scary letter recently claiming some of our dentists are no longer in-network.

Please do not panic. Here is the "fun" backstory:

In early December, BCBS decided to change their management platforms. In the process, they accidentally "86’d" (cancelled) a huge number of provider contracts across the state... and told absolutely no one. 🫠

The Good News: ✅ Dr. Miranda Ritter is currently IN-NETWORK and safe! 🔄 We are rapidly re-arranging the paperwork for our other three doctors to fix BlueCross's "oopsie."

If you have an appointment, keep it! We are handling the admin mess so you don't have to. Happy New Year!
