***phone service issue alert*** ziply is failing us 😢😖.
We just realized (after many families reach out to us in frustration) that so many of your phone calls didn't make it through to us.
Looking back, this problem is likely to have been going on for several months without our knowing.
We deeply apologize as this had resulted in some families feeling uncared for and this is definitely not how we operate.
We have been working very hard these past few weeks to find solutions. We are working with Ziply's tech, our phone communication person, for a true solution.

It's a prank war today at the office! We had barrier tapes, not working mouse, party horn, numbing gel on drinks, slimy things on handles. Happy April Fools day!
