Back to school! Homework:( ! Going to bed early:) ! Don't let the excitement cause you to forget your night time ritual of brushing and flossing!! Flossing is just as important as brushing because there are places your toothbrush cannot reach. Floss will clean any leftover food from between teeth. If food remains in teeth, it will start to rot and cause bad breath, not to mention the acid which breaks the food down will damage the enamel on your teeth. So, remember, after school, after dinner, after the homework....... BRUSH & FLOSS!!
