What do you do with all those leftovers in the fridge? Make a ramen frittata. Used extra ramen noodles, sausage and cipollini onions to make a delicious breakfast.

Spent an hour strolling through these beautiful light exhibits on Friday night. The weather was perfect and the lights were magical.

Every Tuesday my husband makes bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches for us, my daughter and her family. He outdid himself today! olive fougasse loaf, Pepperjack cheese and applewood smoked bacon.
