Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Donnalee Snajkowski!
Donnalee has proudly served as the Practice Leader for Drs. Rosen and Dworkin for the past 3.5 years and has brought more than 40 years of experience in the dental field. Throughout her career, she has worked in nearly every role within a dental practice—from Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
to Front Desk, Office Manager, and now Practice Leader. Her extensive experience gives her a unique perspective and a deep understanding of both patient care and practice operations.
What Donnalee enjoys most about her role is supporting her team, helping patients receive the best possible care, and partnering with the doctors to help the practice succeed. She is committed to creating a positive, welcoming environment where patients feel cared for and team members feel supported.
When she's not at the office, Donnalee enjoys crafting, riding her motorcycle, and spending quality time with family and friends. She has been happily married to Chris for 42 years and is the proud mother of two daughters, Stephanie and Genna, and a proud grandmother to Justin. She also loves spending time with her two dogs, Jerzy and Destin, who are a very special part of her family.
Donnalee's leadership, dedication, and willingness to support others make a positive impact every day. Her experience, compassion, and commitment to excellence have helped shape our practice and strengthen our team.
