Our busy dental office seeks an experienced and efficient front desk coordinator. We are looking for an individual who is hard-working, loyal, and motivated with an aptitude to learn quickly. As the success of our office is truly a team effort, candidates must have a positive attitude and a willingness to work well with others. Please note, the salary for this position will be based on the applicant's work experience specific to the dental field.

This position will be responsible for treatment presentations, insurance claims, patient co-pays, pre-treatments, collections, and accounts receivable. Candidates must have extensive knowledge and experience with dental insurance processing. Applicants will also be required to handle typical front desk duties such as greeting and registering patients, answering and managing incoming calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing patient records, and entering information into Eagle Soft or MacPractice. Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to checking insurance eligibility, stocking supplies, sorting mail, and any other tasks and duties as assigned.

Candidates must have a pleasant, professional manner and high accuracy in entering data. Our ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, always be ready to step in when needed and strive to contribute to the team effort and success of our business.

We are looking for a positive and energetic Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. This job will require 3-4 days per week working at our Marlette location, with the potential to also work 1 day per week at our Caro office. You will greet patients, prepare exam rooms, and help the dentist during patient examinations and other dental procedures. Between patients, you will clean exam rooms and replenish supplies. When not working with patients, you will also assist with administrative tasks as needed.

In an effort to minimize exposure to COVID-19, Marlette Family Dentistry is following the recommendations of the CDC, American Dental Association and Michigan Dental Association. For the next two weeks, we will be limiting our availability to necessary treatment and patients requiring emergency care. Patients with current preventative and elective care appointments during this time will be contacted to reschedule at a later date. As the COVID-19 issues continue to evolve, we will keep you updated on any further changes that may be necessary. We appreciate your understanding and wish you continued health in the weeks to come.
