I saw this very interesting photo floating around Facebook...

Although it is REALLY COOL, it looks like it is either a very rare developmental anomaly or someone took some creative liberties for dramatic effect as it appears that there are three sets of teeth (which unless you are an alligator, is not normal at all).

My toddler is still quite angry though. The great search to solve that mystery continues....
