Are you an experienced dental or surgical assistant who is ready for something more challenging and rewarding?

We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced Surgical Assistant to join our private oral & maxillofacial surgery practice in Marion.

This isn't a typical dental assisting position.

You'll work alongside an experienced oral & maxillofacial surgeon in a highly specialized surgical environment, assisting with procedures including:

🔹 Wisdom teeth & complex extractions
🔹 Dental implants & bone grafting
🔹 IV sedation & general anesthesia
🔹 Oral pathology & biopsies
🔹 Advanced surgical procedures
🔹 CT/CBCT-based surgical planning

We're looking for someone who is clinically confident, dependable, detail-oriented and able to anticipate what the surgeon needs before being asked. Someone who takes pride in providing exceptional patient care and wants to be part of a team that holds itself to a high standard.
