"It's not supposed to be fun to come to the dentist, but I like it here." 😊 That is a real SmileOn patient talking, and honestly it captures exactly what we hope every patient feels.

She was born with an overbite and gaps in her teeth, and working on camera meant her smile insecurities followed her straight into the office. On top of that, she had a genuine fear of the dentist after a painful root canal experience, drills and all. Dental work scared her.

Then she found SmileOn. She talks about how Dr. Ana and Dr. Ramona check in on her throughout every procedure just to make sure she is comfortable, something she says most offices simply do not have the bandwidth for. That level of care changed the entire experience for her, turning dental visits from something she dreaded into something she actually looks forward to.

If fear or a bad past experience has kept you away from the dentist, we would love the chance to show you a different standard of care. Send us a message and let's talk, starting with a complimentary consultation at our Marina del Rey or Culver City office 😊✨

Worried veneers will make your teeth look fake? You are not alone, and it is a fair concern. 😬 It usually happens when veneers are too large, too white, or simply do not match a person's natural facial features.

At SmileOn Dentistry, the approach is different. Dr. Ana focuses on smiles that look natural and balanced for your face, not a generic version of "perfect." In many cases she actually starts by improving alignment with Invisalign before veneers ever enter the conversation. Sometimes straightening the teeth alone makes such a dramatic difference that more aggressive cosmetic work is not even needed.

The goal is always a smile that looks like the best version of your natural teeth, never a replacement of them. That is the difference between cosmetic dentistry that looks done and cosmetic dentistry nobody notices at all.

It is why so many patients across Marina del Rey and Culver City trust SmileOn when they are finally ready to invest in their smile.

Curious what natural could look like for you? Send us a message and we will get you booked for a complimentary consultation and free digital smile scan ✨😊

"I feel like everyone notices my teeth when I talk." 🗣️ Dr. Ana hears this from patients all the time at SmileOn Dentistry, and honestly, it makes total sense. Even small alignment issues can make you hyper aware of your smile in conversations, meetings, or photos.

The good news is fixing it does not mean braces. Invisalign gradually improves alignment in a way that is comfortable and genuinely discreet. The aligners are clear, and most people in the room will not even notice you are wearing them.

For so many working professionals across Marina del Rey and Culver City, that is exactly the appeal. You get to keep showing up to meetings and conversations as your confident self while your smile quietly improves in the background.

If you have been holding back from talking, laughing, or smiling fully because of what people might notice, Invisalign might be the simple fix you have been putting off.

Your bite is doing more damage than you realize 🦷⚠️

Most people do not think twice about their bite until something goes wrong, and by then it is usually an expensive fix. Misalignment does not just affect how your smile looks. Over time it can wear down enamel unevenly, strain your jaw, and even contribute to headaches or migraines that seem completely unrelated to your teeth.

The good news is bite issues are one of the easiest things to catch early. At SmileOn Dentistry in Marina del Rey and Culver City, every consultation includes a full evaluation of your bite and alignment, not just how your teeth look on the surface. Catching it now is a lot simpler and more affordable than fixing the damage later.

If it has been a while since anyone actually looked at your bite, now is a good time. Send us a message and we will get you booked for a complimentary consultation and free digital smile scan 😊✨

Rapid fire Dentist This or That with Dr. Ana 🦷⚡ We put her on the spot with quick dental questions and her answers might surprise you.

Invisalign over braces, every time. Electric toothbrush with a soft tip. Regular floss over floss picks (yes, really). Veneers over whitening. Nighttime brushing when she has to pick just one. And the biggest surprise, she brushes before breakfast, not after. Turns out overnight bacteria plus food in the morning is a recipe for cavities, so brushing first thing actually protects your teeth before breakfast even hits.

Little moments like this are exactly why patients across Marina del Rey and Culver City love coming to SmileOn Dentistry. Real answers, real personality, and genuinely useful tips you can start using today.

Got a dental question you want Dr. Ana to answer next? Send us a message and let us know 😊✨

The most common veneer mistake is not the material. It is the design. Veneers that are too large or too white for a person's face are the reason so many smiles end up looking artificial.

A natural smile follows your facial proportions, your lip line, and the shape of your real teeth. When those details get ignored, even expensive dental work looks off. When they are respected, people cannot tell anything was done. They just see a great smile.

That is the philosophy at SmileOn Dentistry in Marina del Rey and Culver City. Dr. Ana designs smiles that look balanced and natural instead of overly dramatic. Every case starts with the question of what actually fits your face, not what looks good on a shelf. Because the goal of cosmetic dentistry should always be improvement, not replacement.

It is a different way of thinking about smile design, and it is why so many professionals across West LA choose SmileOn when they finally decide to invest in their smile.

Thinking about upgrading yours? Send us a message and Dr. Anna will walk you through it, starting with a complimentary consultation and free digital smile scan ✨😊

Rapid fire Marina del Rey Edition with Dr. Ana 🌊 We asked her to pick her favorite local spots and she did not hold back.

Blue Bottle over Alfred Coffee. Beach walk over a bike ride on the strand. Brunch in Marina del Rey over dinner in Culver City, and her go to spot is Salt, where she always orders the eggs benedict. For dinner, it is Brazo, usually for the steak, sometimes the sushi. And when it comes to boat day or beach day, boat day wins every time.

We love sharing this side of Dr. Ana because SmileOn is not just a dental office, it is part of the Marina del Rey and Culver City community. Same neighborhoods, same favorite spots, same love for this corner of West LA.
