Shining smiles family, As you know we have been working on our insurance policies this year and last. To recap:
We are now back as an IN NETWORK PROVIDER for
-Humana
-Humana Medicare
-Delta Dental
-MetLife
-Ameritas
WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON becoming back in network with:
-Blue cross blue shield (BCBS
-Anthem BCBS
-Aetna
-Potentially more to come (undetermined-will update as we know more)
We plan to be back in network with them after the first of the year but we do not have an exact date yet. We will update you again when we are officially back in network with BCBS and Aetna!

ALL OTHER PPO policies- We still file for you as an out of network provider!! Call us with any questions or concerns!!

Last week we celebrated the dream team! Dr. Mohip and Crystal have been working together for 15 years!
