To My Dear Friends,
For the past 50 years, I have had the honor of providing dentistry for patients like you and your family. However, the time has come for me to retire from private practice. Although I won't see you in my office, you and your family will remain in my thoughts. Your friendship has made the practice of dentistry most enjoyable. I appreciate your confidence in me by allowing me to serve your dental needs.
Our office will close Thursday. July 27, 2023.
If we have diagnosed any treatment needs for you or your family, and you would like me to complete it, please call as soon as possible to schedule so we can complete it before our closing.
Sadly, we have been unable to find a replacement for Stacey in the hygiene department. So, we are unable to clean your teeth at this time. All hygiene appointments that have been scheduled will be canceled
You should begin selecting another dentist. Often the recommendation could come from your friends and family. If insurance is a consideration, a list can be obtained from your dental carrier or your HR personnel at your business. Then, check the websites of the offices you are considering and read the reviews of the offices and teams. You should feel free to call any of the offices to ask questions and take a "tour" if you wish. Oral cancer screenings should be a part of EVERY check-up appointment, not just the initial examination. If it isn't, find another office.
We can email copies of pertinent information from your record to you or your chosen dentist with your permission. Please do not hesitate to telephone us with questions before the closing date. After the closing date, emails can be sent to [email protected].
Again, thank you for being a part of my practice and life and allowing me to be a part of yours. I will miss you greatly!
Warmly,
Dr. Bob
