Thank you for the trust and confidence you have placed in our practice. It has truly been a privilege to care for your children and be a part of creating healthy, happy smiles in our community.
We are writing to inform you that our Treasured Smiles office has closed permanently on May 21, 2026, following Dr. Clouse’s retirement. Until then the office will remain open to provide
pediatric dental care for scheduled patients, emergency dental care, and assist with transitioning your child’s care to a new provider. Treasured Smiles will continue to maintain your child’s records
in accordance with Arizona and federal laws, ensuring they remain secure and confidential.
