1985 – Graduated from Ohio State University College of Dentistry with D.D.S. Member of: Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, American Academy of Facial Esthetics and a Fellow member of the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Get to Know Dr. Richard Siegel

Dr. Rick Siegel graduated from the College of Wooster in 1981 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. While there, he wrote an independent study thesis on Biofeedback. Since then, he has become a Certified Heartmath Practitioner as well as a Certified Heartmath Trainer, focusing on resilience-building and stress reduction. Dr.Siegel earned these certificates from the Heartmath Institute and has written articles on Stress Reduction for Dentists as well as Techniques for Handling Patients’ Needle Anxiety. Dr. Siegel is currently utilizing Heartmath techniques with athletes to build resilience and decision-making during competition, as well as faster reaction times, with high school and college wrestlers. marco-island-dentistIn 1985, Dr. Siegel graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He is an accredited member and Trainer with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, as well as a Fellow Member of the International Congress of Oral Implantology. He has extensive continuing education in Full Mouth Reconstruction, Laser Dentistry, Dental Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, Botox and Dermal Fillers, and spends a significant amount of his time treating patients with TMD and Orofacial pain. Dr. Siegel trains the dentists of America on how to properly perform Botox treatments. Here at the 2014 Annual Session of the American Dental Association in San Antonio, TX.
