Please take a moment to verify that you are still enrolled in the Delta Dental of Iowa Dental Wellness Plan. Even if you did not request a change, some patients have been switched to a different plan.

If you have been switched and want to remain on the Delta Dental of Iowa Dental Wellness Plan, you have until September 30th to make the change.

Please note that our office does not participate with DentaQuest. If your plan changes to DentaQuest and you do not switch back by September 30th, you will no longer be able to use your insurance at our office.
