When your teeth are properly aligned, they're easier to keep clean, which means less plaque buildup, fewer cavities, and healthier gums.

A healthy bite can also make chewing more comfortable and efficient, helping support your overall health and wellness. 🍎✨

🪥 Brush thoroughly at least twice a day (and after meals when possible)

🧵 Floss every day using floss threaders or interdental brushes

🍬 Skip sticky and hard snacks that can damage your braces or appliances
