Meet Dr. Havel 👋🏼
Dr. Havel graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry where he finished summa cm laude and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society. Upon graduating he moved down to Dallas, TX where he completed his orthodontic residency at Texas A&M University and earned a master’s degree in Oral Biology as well as his certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. More importantly, this is where he met his wife, Rachel, and they decided to plant their roots.
Upon graduating Dr. Havel was able to obtain board certification, allowing him to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics - an achievement only 1/3 of orthodontists obtain. He then went on to finish numerous courses on clear aligner therapy, including the Aligner Intensive Fellowship.
While crafting smiles might be his lifelong professional interest, outside of orthodontics Dr. Havel enjoys spending time with his son, goldendoodle and wife hiking, traveling and exploring their community. He has actually been to all 50 states and 57 national parks! Dr. Havel and his wife are actively involved in their surrounding community and church and he looks forward to treating those he gets the privilege to share a community with.
