Thriving to aim for perfection can be a challenging while replacing natural tooth in the front teeth. Above is surgically placed implant that allowed us to go with a screw retained implant crown. Impression coping was modified with GC Resin to capture the soft tissue emergence profile from the provisonal. Variables always include the depth and the thickness and type of soft tissue, location of tooth and its neighboring teeth details in hope to choose what restorative materials, contour, shape to make it as natural as possible.

Rebuilding the Smile with function, Restoring Confidence!!

This patient came in with severe periodontal disease and loose teeth and bridges that could no longer be saved.

We replaced both the upper and lower teeth with implant-supported zirconia bridges, giving them a strong, stable occlusion, and age appropriate natural-looking smile.

Keeping it simple with 6 front natural looking Veneers.

This case focused on replacing defective veneers on the lateral incisors while preserving the natural shape and character of the central teeth. By extending treatment to the canines, we were able to subtly broaden the smile line and create a more balanced, fuller appearance.

Refining the details without changing what already works!

This case was about more than just esthetics, it was about restoring FUNCTION.

The patient presented with:
• Severely compromised posterior dentition
• Advanced periodontal breakdown
• Extruded teeth creating a significant ascending ramp occlusion
• Lower posterior exostoses adding complexity to the surgical and restorative phases

Our approach focused on a comprehensive reset of the occlusion with multiple implant supported prostheses.

Treatment included:
• Removal of non-restorable upper dentition
• Extraction of periodontally compromised lower posterior teeth
• Careful preservation of the lower anterior segment, as per patient preference
• Strategic planning to re-establish proper posterior support and occlusal harmony

By eliminating the pathologic occlusion and rebuilding posterior function, we were able to create a stable, balanced, and functional bite, while achieving a natural, confident smile.

Biology, function, and esthetics align.

From Failing Dentition to Functional Beauty!!

A full arch transformation. Where precision meets artistry.

In this case, we planned staged extractions with strategically placed implants to maintain soft tissue support, preserve our reference points, and ensure occlusal stability throughout treatment.

All extraction sites were bone grafted to optimize future implant integration and tissue contour.

Not every case qualifies for an FP1 design, but the staged approach in this case allowed us to maintain the soft tissue architecture and meet the ideal criteria for an FP1 prosthesis.

The final result a beautifully natural full-arch Zirconia prosthesis over multi-unit abutments, delivering seamless esthetics and function. Natural Vibrant Smile!!!

Front Tooth Implant Crown Journey

Restorative dentistry often challenges us to blend a single implant crown seamlessly into a smile where natural teeth and older restorations have several different shades.

In this case, we didn’t have the flexibility to address all the adjacent teeth at the same time due to financial considerations. That meant our plan had to balance what would be ideal with what was age-appropriate and realistic for our elderly patient.

With a carefully under-contoured emergence profile in highly polished zirconia, we anticipate the soft tissue will drop coronally over time, creating a more natural transition at the gum line. Once stability is achieved, we can then plan for modifying adjacent restorations and soft tissue to better harmonize the smile line.

Our digital workflow also played a vital role:
- Scanning the provisional allowed us to replicate the emergence profile.
- A scan body precisely captured the implant position.

✨ Smile Transformation Journey ✨

This patient came to us with a partially edentulous case and a history of recurrent tooth decay. Despite minimal vertical bone loss, their smile and function had gradually diminished, affecting not just esthetics but daily quality of life.

After a comprehensive evaluation and discussing all treatment options, including those to preserve existing dentition, the patient ultimately chose a full-arch implant-supported zirconia prosthesis. Their decision was influenced by considerations of long-term durability, reduced treatment time, fewer visits, and cost-effectiveness.

What you see here is the result of advanced digital planning, implant placement, and high-strength zirconia, restoring not only optimal function, but a confident, natural smile that will last for years to come.

From Trauma to Triumph

This patient lost a front tooth due to childhood trauma—an injury that led to decades of dental treatments, including multiple fillings, root canal therapy, and a crown that eventually failed.

When that final restoration could no longer hold, we planned for a long-term solution: a precisely placed dental implant by Havemeyer Oral Surgery and a custom-designed highly polished zirconia crown.

This crown was carefully chosen not just for strength and aesthetics, but to help manage and support the surrounding soft tissue—allowing for a seamless and natural-looking result.

Every smile has a story. In this one, dentistry helped turn a lifelong challenge into confidence that lasts.

Rebuilt. Refined. Reimagined.

This smile had been through a lot—chipped bonding, discoloration, and decay that made it hard to smile freely.

We crafted a solution that blended veneers and crowns, designed not just to restore teeth, but to elevate the entire smile. Every step was intentional—preserving natural tooth structure, dialing in the bite, and broadening the arch for better lip support and a more youthful frame.

This custom smile design was tailored specifically to the patient’s needs—balancing function, health, and aesthetic goals seamlessly.

And we’re not done yet—future phases will expand into the posterior teeth to refine the buccal corridors and complete the transformation.

Minimal. Intentional. Elevated.
