October is National Dental Hygiene Month! We are celebrating the rockstars of our office our dental hygienists! 🦷✨

Many patients don’t realize how much hard work goes into becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Michigan.

Our amazing team went through rigorous schooling and training to protect your smile:

📚 College Degree: Competed for entry into accredited programs, completing heavy sciences like anatomy and microbiology to earn their Dental Hygiene degree.
⏱️ Clinical Hours: Completed hundreds of hours of intense, hands-on clinical patient care.
📝 Board Exams: Passed three massive examinations—the National Written Board, the ADEX Clinical Board, and the Michigan Jurisprudence Exam.
💉 Advanced Skills: Certified in administering local anesthesia and then nitrous oxide to keep you comfortable.

They are doing so much more than just “cleaning teeth”. They are highly trained healthcare professionals! ❤️

🎀 Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

As healthcare professionals, we believe in the importance of caring for the whole person. That includes supporting awareness, early detection, and prevention.

Today, we honor those who have fought, celebrate those who have overcome, and stand with everyone affected by breast cancer. 🌸

💗 Together, we can spread awareness, encourage screenings, and support one another.

🦷✨It’s Dental Hygiene Month! ✨🦷

This month, we’re highlighting simple habits that will make a BIG difference in your oral health. Today is …..FLOSSING! 🧵

Brushing cleans the surfaces of your teeth, but flossing helps remove plaque and food particles from those hard-to-reach spaces between your teeth areas your toothbrush simply can’t reach.

Making flossing a daily habit can help prevent cavities, gum disease, bad breath, and other oral health problems.

If you’ve been skipping the floss… consider this your friendly reminder! Your smile will thank you!

🦷 Brush. Floss. Rinse. Repeat.

Happy Dental Hygiene Month from our dental family to yours!

Professional, personable, prompt, thorough, caring, etc. Person doing x-rays was Jess; hygienist is Abby. Both terrific! So was the admin staff -- reception.." says William on Google
