Around here, she may be our unofficial office manager — although she will quickly remind us that she prefers Office Coordinator. And honestly, “Office Coordinator” doesn’t quite cover it either.

She keeps the days moving, the details organized, the team connected, and somehow manages to keep us all going like it’s a piece of cake. 🎂

So we’ve decided her official-unofficial title should really be:

🍎 September in the Finger Lakes 🍂

By the middle of September, it feels like everyone is finally settling back into a routine—school is back, mornings are getting a little cooler, and fall is definitely starting to peek around the corner. 🍁

Around here, September also means busy schedules, sports practices, homework, and trying to remember where everyone needs to be! 😅

One little reminder from our dental family: when life gets busy, the basics still matter. Brush twice a day, floss before bedtime, drink plenty of water, and don’t let those busy fall schedules push your own care to the bottom of the list. 🦷❤️

We’re soaking up these last warm Finger Lakes days while we can.

Hello, fall! 🍂🎃

There’s just something special about fall in the Finger Lakes—crisp mornings, changing leaves, apple season, and of course, all things pumpkin. 🍎☕🍁

Dr. Labrecque’s favorite way to enjoy it? Going glamping at the goat farms, slowing down, and enjoying a cozy campfire with the family. 🐐🔥❤️ It’s hard to beat a beautiful Finger Lakes fall evening!

And because we’re a dental office, we can’t resist sneaking in a few fall smile tips:
🍎 Crunchy apples are a great tooth-friendly fall snack
🎃 Enjoy the caramel apples—but remember, sticky sweets love to hang around your teeth
☕ Pumpkin spice season is officially here! After sipping, a little water rinse can help wash away some of the acidity and sugar
