Tough Case Tuesday!
What do you do when your tooth is hanging out next to your nose? Well, you bring it down!
With careful planning and a little teamwork with our oral surgeon friends, we were able to guide Annabel’s impacted canine into place in record time … and just in time for high school prom!
After 20 months of braces, Annabel has a beautiful smile that she is proud of!
From up by her nose to right where it belongs!

If you’ve met Fati, your life has changed for the better. She’s our go-to for pop culture, geography, and 2000s emo rock- with an opinion on every topic imaginable. Best of all, she’s always down for anything from sweeping floors to being our in-office lab rat for every new whitening brand.

Two years after we let her turn our office into a Pitbull music video, she’s back in charge of Halloween at PRO. 🎃

Grateful for 2 years of Fati—here’s 2 many more! 🖤

TA DA DA DA introducing one of our first Falls Church office patients. We’re so proud of the progress Javi made with his aligners. With severe upper crowding and a class III underbite tendency he was able to crush it with his aligners and elastics to correct all of that and give us a smile he and we could be proud of! Thanks to our remote monitoring technology we only saw Javier for a total of 4 in-office visits!

Our lovely Clarissa decided to add some twins to the PRO fam! Please join us in congratulating Clarissa and welcoming baby Silvio and baby Solana! Scroll to the end to see the little nuggets ❤️. We’ll miss Clarissa around the office as she takes time off to be with her family.

An amazing transformation in less than 18 months with clear aligners and close collaboration with a local oral surgeon. We aligned and leveled the teeth, established a healthy, functional bite, and carefully planned the ideal implant positions before surgery. Orthodontics creates the foundation for the best possible restorative outcome. Next step: placing the implants to restore missing teeth to complete this smile! 🦷

Another Phase 1 smile transformation with aligners!

In less than 12 months, we created a beautiful result while developing the arch form and making room for the permanent teeth to erupt properly. Early, well-timed orthodontic treatment can guide growth, reduce crowding, and set the stage for a healthier smile.

We call this timely orthodontics— treating at the right time to make the biggest impact.

We call our aligner patients our partners because when they do their part and we do ours, we can create a life-changing smile.

Juan absolutely crushed his aligner and elastic wear to correct his underbite, align his midlines, and create a PRO smile he’s proud to show off! The best part? This transformation happened in just about one year.
