Braces were used to create more than just straight teeth. We focused on the details that define a PRO smile:

Treating kids early can be essential for basic functions like speaking clearly, chewing comfortably, and sleeping with the lips closed. With today’s advancements in clear aligners, early treatment can be easier and more comfortable than ever.

In this case, we reduced protrusion through careful planning, posterior expansion, and correction of a Class II bite and deep overbite—all using aligners alone. The best part? He was able to eat his favorite foods, brush his teeth like a PRO, and complete treatment in fewer than 10 visits.

This aligner case addressed more than just straightening teeth:

✔️Corrected a Class II bite by bringing the upper and lower jaws into harmony
✔️Expanded the upper and lower arches for improved function and balance
✔️Brought the upper teeth back into a more natural, functional position
✔️Reduced a deep bite so the teeth no longer overlapped excessively
✔️Centered the bite and midlines for proper alignment

Achieving a Class I bite in an adult with aligners is a big win!

While some orthodontists may recommend metal braces for cases like this, Dr. Owais is able to achieve these results with aligners through careful planning and advanced clinical skill.
