✨ A Conservative Solution for a Beautiful, Natural Smile ✨

Born without her lateral incisors, this patient has been wearing a removable flipper her whole life. She was told implants weren’t an option due to inadequate bone support, and that replacing the missing teeth would require extensive treatment on the front 8 teeth to fix a tooth size and spacing discrepancy.

Together, we designed a solution in collaboration with our cosmetic lab. We created a fuller, more balanced smile while preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible, without including unnecessary teeth into our plan

We left the inspiration open ended to him, to create something that would fit the local theme and colors of our office. He created this perfect Madisonville themed oil painting of the Tchefuncte Lighthouse.
