How long have you been with the practice?

I have been here for three wonderful years.

What is one thing no one knows about you?

I like old and vintage things and the things the history they represent. My favorite happens to being my collection of vintage sewing machines. I appreciate how well built and functional they all are. My all-time favorite machine is my Singer 221 featherweight that my husband bought me one year for my birthday.

What is your favorite dental product or tool?

Hands-down, my favorite tool is my pro sys scaler. These sonic scalers have been beneficial in preserving my wrists throughout my hygiene career.

What do you enjoy most about working here?

I truly enjoy connecting with my patients. I love combining quality dental care with getting to know my patients and their families. I appreciate hearing and seeing improvements in their oral health while catching up since our last visit. I also have the added bonus of working with great coworkers and enjoy being part of this team.

What is your favorite food?

My favorite food is salmon with bourbon sauce.

Interacting with our patients! I love getting to know them, catching up at each visit, and helping make their time in the dental chair a little more enjoyable.

2. What is your favorite place you’ve ever traveled?

Boulder, Colorado

Definitely the NOMAD! It makes taking X-rays quick and easy, and anything that helps keep the day running smoothly is a favorite of mine!

4. What is your favorite memory from working here?

Getting to know my coworkers outside of the office on our team outings! It’s always fun spending time together, making memories, and getting to know each other beyond the workday.

5. What is your favorite food?

Mexican or Pasta

1. What do you enjoy most about your job?

Building one-on-one relationships with my patients. I love getting to know them, making them feel comfortable, and creating connections that go beyond just their dental visits. 🦷💙

2. What is one fun fact about you that people might not know?

I’m a big outdoors girl! I love spending time outside, and hunting is one of my favorite things to do when I’m not in the office.

3. What is your favorite dental product or tool?

The Insurance Toolkit! Anything that makes navigating dental insurance a little easier is a win in my book!

4. What is your favorite memory from working here?

All of the team bonding we’ve done outside of the office! I love getting to spend time together, have fun, and make memories beyond the workday.

5. What is one word your coworkers would use to describe you?

Okay, maybe two… bubbly and friendly! I love bringing a positive energy to the office and making everyone feel welcome.

Over the past five years, Kaelie has brought so much kindness, dedication, and laughter to our office. She’s always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed, make our patients feel comfortable, and keep the day moving with a smile. We’re so grateful for everything she does for our patients and our team!

2. What is your favorite hobby outside of work?

Going to visit my family in Florida. 💕

3. What’s your favorite dental product or tool?

The handpiece for making temps! It reminds me of the one I use when doing nails — apparently I like keeping a handpiece in my hand whether I’m working on teeth or nails! 😂💅

4. What is one thing you wish everyone knew about taking care of their teeth?

The basics really do make a difference! Brush at least twice a day and don’t forget to floss — your teeth will thank you! 🦷🪥✨

5. What do you love most about our dental team?

They’re more than just coworkers to me — they’ve become some of my closest friends and truly feel like family.

The polisher! I love how it leaves patients with that fresh, clean feeling.

2. What do you enjoy most about your job? Getting to know new Hybridge patients.

3. What is your favorite hobby outside of work? Camping with my family! I love spending time outdoors, making memories, and enjoying quality time together. 🏕️❤️

4. What is your favorite dental product or tool?The cheek pad! It makes procedures more comfortable and helps keep everything nice and accessible.

5. What is one word your coworkers would use to describe you? Compassionate. I truly care about the people around me and always try to make others feel heard, supported, and cared for. 💕
