1. What do you enjoy most about your job?
Getting to know and working with patients in the community.

2. What is your favorite place you’ve ever traveled?
Colorado! I love the beautiful mountains, breathtaking scenery, and spending time outdoors. It’s such a beautiful place and definitely one of my favorite places I’ve ever visited.

3. What is one fun fact about you that people might not know?
I like to yodel when I answer the phone!

4. What is one thing you wish everyone knew about taking care of their teeth?
Small, everyday habits matter! Brushing and flossing regularly, along with staying consistent with routine dental care, can make a big difference in keeping your smile healthy.

3. Do you have any pets? Yes, I have 4 cats! They definitely keep me entertained and fill my home with personality.

1. What is your favorite part about working with our patients?
Helping patients navigate their experience and making them feel comfortable, supported, and cared for along the way.
2. What’s one of your favorite ways to spend your time outside of work?
I love gardening! I enjoy getting outside, working with my plants, and watching everything grow. It’s a great way to relax, unwind, and enjoy some time in the sunshine.
3. If you could travel anywhere, what would be your ultimate goal?
Visiting all 50 states! There’s so much to see and explore right here in the U.S., and I’d love to experience each state and make memories along the way.
4. What’s your favorite dental product or tool, and why?
Definitely a toothbrush! It’s such a simple tool, but it plays an important role in keeping your smile healthy, fresh, and bright.
5. What’s one word your coworkers would use to describe you?
Calm. I try to stay relaxed and positive, even when things get busy, and help create a sense of comfort for both our patients and our team.

First up in our staff spotlight series is Dr. Spencer! 🦷💙 Get to know the person behind the smile and learn a little more about what makes her such a special part of our dental team.

1. What made you choose a career in dentistry? Honestly, my Dad. He was a dentist, so I grew up around dentistry and got to see firsthand how much he loved what he did. Watching him build relationships with his patients and care for people made a big impression on me, and eventually I knew it was something I wanted to do too.

2. What is your favorite part of working with our patients? The best part is getting to know our patients over the years and building those relationships. I really enjoy seeing familiar faces and getting to know them and their families. It’s special when you get to care for someone for a long time and they become more than just a patient.

3. Coffee or Tea? Coffee, always! ☕

4. What is your favorite dental product or tool? Definitely a wedge! It’s one of those little tools that makes a big difference. 😊

5. What do you love most about our dental team? I love that our team really takes care of each other. We’re always willing to help one another out, and it feels like we genuinely have each other’s backs. It makes coming to work a lot more enjoyable.
