ATTENTION TO ALL PATIENTS - RE-OPENING ON MAY 11, 2020

Dr: Howell will begin to see patients by appointment only on Monday, May 11 with some changes. We will be following strict CDC guidelines for the protection of our staff and patients. Our waiting room will be closed and patients will be required to wait in their car until you are contacted to come in. Those patients with a cellphone will need to call in upon arrival. If you do not have a cellphone, please knock on the door and we will let the staff know you have arrived. Only the patient will be allowed in for their appointment. Children 10 and under who need to be accompanied by a parent or grandparent will be allowed in with the patient. No additional family members will be allowed in. No patients will be allowed to be dropped off. Their ride must stay in the parking lot. All patients should enter and leave the office with a mask on. There will be a pre-appointment screening area in front of our entrance door. All employees and patients will be screened daily.

Checkout and payment area will be available for patients being seen on that day. All other payments must be mailed or credit/debit cards can be called in by phone. Only one patient will be allowed within 6 feet of our checkout window and plexiglass has been placed for your safety. Patients will enter the building one at a time and there will not be more than one patient at the pre-treatment screening area at a time.

Please be patient with us. This is a learning curve for everyone and your safety is of the upmost importance to us. We have missed you all and look forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you for understanding these rules have to be followed for your safety and the safety of our staff. We want to thank you in advance for your understanding and patients. Welcome Back!

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: Per the guidelines of the ADA, WVDA, WV BOARD OF DENTISTRY, GOVERNOR JIM JUSTICE, and PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP, our offices are closed for regular appointments until further notice. We will, however, be seeing emergencies on an appointment basis only. You will need to call the office and leave a message regarding your symptoms. We are checking messages and will return your call. Even then, we are taking the strongest precautions necessary for the safety of our patients and any staff that may be there. Thank you for understanding and please stay safe. God bless you all! ANNOUNCEMENT: We will be open this week to see regular scheduled patients. If you have cold/flu like symptoms, please reschedule. If you have a fever or have ran a fever in the last 24 hours, you need to reschedule. If you have a compromised immune system or are elderly, please not risk getting out for your appointment. We can reschedule you. Please contact the office if any of these symptoms or issues pertain to you. Thank you!
