Over the years, we’ve built some really special relationships with the dentists and teams who refer their patients to us. Many of them have become genuine friends and we never take for granted what it means when another office trusts Dr. Durham with the care of one of their patients.

Pretty sure Dr. Durham didn’t think we’d actually hang his birthday portrait. Also…pretty sure he REALLY didn’t think we’d install a light over it BUT he only hires the best and we go above and beyond here at Durham Orthodontics.

So far, we all still have our jobs.

Happy 3 Year Anniversary, Megan!

For three years, Megan has been one of those people you can simply count on. She works hard, leads well, stays patient when the rest of us might be losing ours, and treats everyone with the same kindness and fairness.

She’s become such an important part of our front office team but not just because she’s great at what she does. It’s because she genuinely cares about this office, the people in it and the culture we’ve built here. That kind of loyalty and appreciation for where you work is something you don’t find every day, and we never take it for granted. We are very lucky to have her on our team!! 🧡

Dr. Durham’s sister ( Dr.Limbaugh, owner of the 2nd best orthodontic office in ALL of Alabama Limbaugh Orthodontics ) came into OUR office and tried to steal her 5-foot-tall, Aqua-Net-scented, cutout…right out from under us.

She kept running. The cutout may or may not be gone. Dr. Durham’s authority has been compromised and the sibling rivalry is officially more alive in the Durham family than it’s ever been.

We’re reviewing the footage and considering our next move.
