We're looking for an Associate Dentist to join Dr. Jay Hazen's team!

Dr. Hazen has spent over 30 years building a practice around comprehensive, patient-first care here in Madison, and we're looking for someone who shares that approach.

You'll be working alongside a supportive team of hygienists and assistants, with access to some of the most advanced tech in the field: Biolase, Periolase, Solea, Gemini Evo, an i-Tero scanner for Invisalign, Primeprint digital models, and an Orthophos SL 3D cone beam CT scanner.

The role covers the full range of general dentistry, exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, fillings, crowns, extractions, and patient education, all in a full-time, on-site position in Madison, WI.

We're looking for a DDS or DMD from an accredited institution, an active (or eligible) state dental license, current CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication skills. Cosmetic or advanced restorative experience is helpful but not required.
