We took the plunge! Some of our team and family braved the cold and participated in the Polar Plunge last month.

Not only did they jump in freezing cold water but they also fundraised over $1400 for Special Olympics! Way to go!

It’s a MSFD tradition that every year we take a team retreat. We get out of the office, talk about our goals and things we want to do better, and we always have a bit a fun!

This year was inspired by the popular Netflix series “The Bear” and book “Unreasonable Hospitality” written by Will Guidara.

We set some goals, determined our “non-negotiables,” and talked about how to improve our patient experience. We also visited Mr. Beef and a Michelin starred restaurant Ever to draw some inspiration. The food did not disappoint!

Sometimes we get out and have a bit of fun together! When a generous patient gives you a gift, we had to honor them with a golf outing and we had a blast last Thursday.

The weather was perfect, the golfing not exactly. Thank goodness we worked as a team.

Last week Dr Farrow was out of the office setting up as the restorative dental lead for the WDA dental event Mission of Mercy.

The rest of the team joined him Friday providing free dental care for hundreds! What a great team event to give back!
