Kincaid Dental Center is proud to welcome Skyla into our predental mentoring program.🦷🪥

Skyla is a senior Biology/Pre-Dental major at Jackson State University. She is the Secretary of the University Student National Dental Association (USNDA), where she works alongside fellow pre-dental students to promote professional development and community engagement within the field of dentistry.

She is actively involved in several organizations on campus, including CEO Ambassadors, the W.E.B. Du Bois Honors College, where she serves as the Senior Class Representative, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Outside of academics and leadership, Skylar enjoys expressing her creativity through henna art, designing floral bouquets, and experimenting with different makeup styles.

Her passion for dentistry is inspired by her desire to bring together science, creativity, artistry, and service to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

We’re excited to welcome Skyla and look forward to supporting her journey in dentistry! 🩵🦷✨

Fresh cut. Fresh breath. Fresh start.

Thank you Mrs. Lakeisha Hardy and Brown Place Group Home for hosting this wonderful Back to School event and for allowing Kincaid Dental Center to serve as a vendor. We loved meeting all the people. You all are making a huge impact in the community. Through support of the community all the kids received school supplies, backpacks, personal hygiene products, free library books, haircuts and updo hairstyles among other goodies and resources. I feel extremely grateful to be apart of this amazing event.

This year, I had the honor of serving on the Germantown High School Healthcare Academy Advisory Board. Throughout the year, students in the program had the opportunity to explore various healthcare fields through rotation experiences.

We were delighted to welcome students to Kincaid Dental Center , where they were introduced to the field of dentistry. Our entire team truly enjoyed meeting and engaging with such a bright and motivated group.

I’m grateful for this partnership and for the opportunity to mentor students while sharing my passion for dentistry. We wish each of them continued success as they pursue their future careers in healthcare!
