‼️ Yes, it’s true! Snoring is linked to high blood pressure! 😴⚠️

When you snore, your airway can narrow, reducing oxygen levels and putting added strain on your body, which may lead to increased blood pressure.

🚨 Snoring isn’t just noise… it could be a sign of something more.

Did you know your neck and shoulder pain could be connected to your jaw? 🤔🦷

The TMJ (temporomandibular joint), often called the “hardest working joint in the body”, plays a big role in overall comfort. When affected by TMD, it can lead to pain not just in the jaw, but also in the head, neck, and shoulders.

Factors like poor posture and stress can make symptoms even worse.

If you’re dealing with ongoing discomfort, it may be time to look beyond the surface and address the root cause. Relief is closer than you think at Hartley Bridge TMJ & Dental Sleep Center! 😴✨

Do you suffer from sleep apnea, but struggle to tolerate a CPAP? 😴

CPAP intolerance is more common than many people realize, often due to discomfort, side effects, or frustration with the equipment.

For patients with obstructive sleep apnea who can’t tolerate CPAP, oral appliance therapy may be a great alternative. These custom appliances are worn during sleep and gently position the lower jaw forward to help keep the airway open and reduce apnea episodes.

😴 March is Sleep Awareness Month, and you know we’re excited to talk about it!

We might sound like a squeaky wheel, but we’ll keep reminding you just how important quality sleep is for your overall health. Sleep is when your body restores, repairs, and resets.

🦷 As dental providers, we see many patients struggling with poor sleep due to sleep apnea (or their partner is the one losing sleep!). Sleep apnea doesn’t just cause loud snoring; it can also impact your heart health, energy levels, mood, and overall well-being.

😃 The good news? There are options!
For patients with mild to moderate sleep apnea, we can help with custom oral appliances that keep the airway open while you sleep... no CPAP machine required! 🥳

😴 Better sleep starts at Hartley Bridge TMJ & Dental Sleep Center!

😴 How much sleep do you average each night?

Sleep is one of the most important and most overlooked parts of our self-care and overall health routine. 💤✨

According to the National Sleep Foundation, adults should aim for 7–9 hours of sleep each night. Consistent, good-quality sleep supports:

🧠 Better focus and memory
❤️ Heart health
😊 Mood regulation
💪 A stronger immune system

If you’re running on empty, it might be time to prioritize your rest. So, go ahead and get cozy... It's almost bedtime! 🛌
