Chlorinated pools contain pH levels that can cause enamel erosion on your teeth. However, unless you swim with your mouth open every time you swim you have nothing to worry about. Talk to your dentist if you swim frequently and you notice the following symptoms: teeth discoloration, teeth sensitivity, or the edges of your front teeth look transparent.
