Upon arriving the receptionist was very on point. She knew who was to take care of my needs and was very hospitable. A good sign that the client or Vpatient is number one priority. At the beginning of the appointment the assistant who spoke to me was very kind and put me at ease right away. The knowledge and skills she displayed and possessed are evident of her personality and hospitality to show concern for her clients. She took time to explain everything she was doing during the x-rays and made it very clear to the other staff who were just as kind and hospitable. The staff work very well as a team. Before another team member takes over for what’s next, the incoming staff is faced with a very clear and concise explanation of what has taken or will take place. Finally the cleaning procedure and what needs to be taken care of concerning my dental problems were also related very thorough and complete. Overall all three staff members were very knowledgeable and very prepared educationally of their roles., as well as their vision/mission of Premier Dentsl Associates. I left very pleased and happy with the results. Theodosia
