Dental implant planned and guided toward the center of the lesion, respecting the dental roots and the inferior alveolar nerve. Surgical access to the intraosseous lesion. Lesion completely removed. Defect reconstructed using sticky bone and a collagen membrane

Explicacion: CBCT mostrando la localicacion de la lesion en la porcion distal del diente 19 y mesial del 18. Implante dental planeado y dirigido al centro de la lesion, respetando las raices dentales y ele nervio alveolar inferior. Acceso quirurgico a la lesion intraosea. Lesion completamente removida.
