Gianino, D.D.S. , Lunenburg MA, practices a full scope of dentistry with expertise ranging from porcelain veneers and crowns to restoring dental implants and dentures. Dr Gianino can correct a wide variety of permanent cosmetic dental problems, and can completely redesign your smile. Gianino is a 1982 graduate of Lowell High School, 1986 graduate of Worcester State University, 1990 graduate of Loyola University of Chicago School of Dental Surgery, and did his General Practice Residency at Saint Francis Hospital and medical center. He sits on the advisory boards for Montachusett Regional High school Dental Assistant program and Mount Wachusett Community College Dental Hygiene program. Dr Gianino is a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society and the Wachusett District Dental Society (past Chair). Dr Gianino is an active member of the Executive Commitee for the Wachusett District Dental society and sits on the Council on Dental Practice at the MDS. Dr Gianino has been practicing at his Lunenburg office since 1993 and lives in the town of Ashburnham MA with his beautiful wife Michelle of 35 years and their 2 daughters Chelsey and Nicole.

What better month to recognize our wonderful hygienist than during National Dental Hygiene Month! 🪥✨

Although Olivia joined our dental family not too long ago, she has already made such a positive impression on our team. Her dedication, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to a new environment have certainly not gone unnoticed!

🎀 This October, Every Smile Makes a Difference!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and here at Dr. Gianino’s office, we believe that taking care of your health goes far beyond your smile.

Breast cancer affects millions of individuals and families, and while not all cases can be prevented, there are steps we can take to be proactive about our health.

🌸 Know your body. Be aware of any changes and speak with your healthcare provider if something doesn't feel right.

🌸 Stay on top of your screenings. Regular mammograms, when recommended for your age and risk level, can help detect breast cancer early, when treatment may be more effective.

🌸 Prioritize healthy habits. Staying physically active, limiting alcohol, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can help reduce your risk.

🌸 Don't put your health on the back burner. Whether it's your annual physical, routine dental cleaning, or a recommended screening, preventive care matters!

We're turning healthy smiles into an opportunity to give back!

Throughout October, for every patient who schedules and completes their hygiene appointment, Dr. Gianino's office will make a donation in support of the fight against breast cancer.

Celebrating our beautiful bride-to-be, Laura! 🤍💍

It’s hard to believe that a little over five years ago, Laura joined our office and in that time, we’ve had the absolute joy of watching her grow, blossom, and become such a wonderful part of our work family. So, naturally, we can’t believe we’re now celebrating her as she gets ready to become a WIFE! 🥹

We just had to celebrate her here at the office before the big celebration this Saturday!
