When Dr. Schuetz was asked what he’d like to be if he was not a Periodontist, he replied :
“If I wasn’t a dentist, I’d be a barbecue pitmaster.
There’s something about the patience, precision, and skill it takes to turn a simple cut of meat into something incredible—it’s an art, just like surgery. You respect the process, put in the time, and trust the outcome.
Good food, good company, and good care all come down to the same thing: doing things right and letting the results speak for themselves.
Until the brisket is perfected, I’ll stick to perfecting smiles.“
His favorite food of all time is BBQ & he believes that Memphis, TN does it best!!!!😋😋
