Our dental laboratory utilizes new digital technology along with the analog basics that make each appliance perfect! Special Service Laboratory is a full service lab located in Lubbock, TX. Opened in 1977 and servicing not only local dentists but dentists in the surrounding communities as well. We specialize in fabricating complete dentures, partials, flexible partials, splints, framework partials, All-on-4 dentures, screw retained crowns, bridges, and all digital appliances.
