Happy Bosses Day! 🤣

I had to pull this one out of the archives and reuse it. It’s too good. Made me laugh all over again.

Dr. Morgan is the GOAT! We love him so.

Best. Boss. Ever.

(I might be biased, but Tosha, Janie & Michael agree so 🤷🏼‍♀️)

Natural ✅ Beautiful ✅ Restorative ✅

A lot of people think veneers are only for cosmetics, but they are restorative too.

👆🏻You can SEE the wear on the front teeth. That happened over time.

👆🏻Notice the difference in the veneered smile—teeth are back to their original shape and length.

…then you can get lost in the color and hues of the porcelain that beautifully mimics natural enamel. Along with the anatomical details. It’s ok. We do it all the time…

Y’all. It’s worth it.

IT’S. HERE.

3D. Printed. Veneers.

And Michael got to be the guinea pig 🫶🏻

Dr. Morgan has spent the last 3 years studying with the best ( The MOD Institute ) learning how to design and print beautiful veneers in office.

Using the latest technology ( SprintRay ) and the highest quality ceramic to composite ratio material we’re able to achieve customized smile designs printed here in office.

What this means for our patients:

👉🏻 We have another, more affordable veneer option on the table.
👉🏻 This is not your normal “composite” veneer. This is 70% porcelain and 30% composite. So a much stronger and durable material than traditional composite.
👉🏻 What this ALSO means: being as new as it is we can’t give a life span on how long these last. We’re guaranteeing 5 years, but they could last 20. We don’t know. The material just got approved this year and we’re excited we have it!

So get ready! If you have been wanting to get veneers but the budget didn’t allow it—this is the time to come in and get an estimate.

Fully customized smile design at a price you can afford.

Subtle, yet life changing…

Teeth naturally wear with age. This patient also had a lot of hypermineralization from West Texas water.

Her smile design restored length and function, closed gaps while adding a new layer of ceramic protection.

She asked for her before and after photos to prove to her family that this smile design was more than cosmetic.

But dang…let’s all appreciate those cosmetics.

Perfectly imperfect in all the right places making her smile beautiful and natural all at once.

Real people. Real smiles.

Real genuine people at that too :)

In case you thought we were only employing models…not our fault that we end up with the best looking patients. ❤️

“They look so natural. I love them. My family loves them.”

What an awesome way to kick off our morning. We LOVE making patients smile and we love hearing feedback like this 🙌🏻

Now let’s break this smile design down with Dr. Morgan’s expertise:

Before photo: notice how flat the teeth are across the smile line- this is from years of grinding. We call this a parafunctional habit.

In order to get not only a beautiful smile, I had to start FIRST by addressing the parafunction. This is important because I want my patients restorations to LAST.

My goal is to make exceptional cosmetic dentistry that functions beautifully. This requires an impressive team of dental professionals who vibe on my same wavelength- together we make dental ART.

First things first: this patient needed to wear a muscle deprogrammer. I needed to get her jaw muscles to relax in order to capture the normal, harmonious, functional position- i.e. centric relation… i.e. the way they were originally designed to be.

Michael (Michael Anthony Olivas ) obtained scans (Medit ) which were sent to Evident Design Center who designed a deprogrammer custom to this patient’s bite. From our office with our SprintRay 3D printer we printed off the deprogrammer. Walla!

After wearing the deprogrammer for a week, Michael rescanned her bite. Now Evident Design was able to design a beautiful and functional smile.

Once temporaries were placed we evaluated the bite again, made sure that the patient was happy with the way everything felt and looked. I can’t stress how valuable the patient’s input is during this process. As a team (patient included- you get roped into the team when you’re in my chair) we picked a shade that felt very natural. Alien Milling Technologies nailed it on the final restorations 🙌🏻

And all of this hits home when the patient comes in with the quote from above 👆🏻
