I will need signed consent forms when I come so I can work with your teeth.

I will take a before and after picture. You can choose to be tagged in the post or not mentioned. Either is fine. I do ask that you leave a review for my business 🎉

If you bring me 5 more people who will do a hour session you get a free gift with 10% off your session 🙂

I am mobile. I go to you so you can relax. (When prices go back to normal i charge a small gas fee)

I require the payment to be sent two days before your appointment. You have 24 hrs to cancel and get your money back.

You will drool due to your mouth being opened for a period of time. I have dental bibs and towels I will place on you. Dress comfortable. In clothes you wouldn’t mind drool getting on

I do ask that you brush and floss before the procedure so we can make sure to get you the best results possible

White fillings; porcelain or composite restorations, crowns or veneers will not whiten with your natural teeth during this procedure

Side effects : short term sensitivity usually lasting less than 2-3 days

Parents/guardians will need to sign a consent form before the process is done on the children. Ages 14 and up! (If your child’s dentist confirms that all of child’s adult teeth are present earlier than 16 yrs of age I will need a confirmation paper)
