Stressed? If you are, you may be grinding your teeth. This tooth cracked all the way down the root due of our patient grinding her teeth. Once the crack extends down onto the root, the tooth is no longer savable and the tooth must be extracted. A nightguard is very helpful in protecting teeth from the forces of grinding!
