MarVista Cosmetic and Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced, compassionate dental assistant or RDA to join our team. We’re a small, intimate, and fast-paced office located in the Baywood Park community of Los Osos—just a short walk from the ocean. We've proudly served this community for over 20 years, caring for generations of local families.

Are you tired of working in a large, corporate-style dental office? At MarVista, you’ll be part of a small team where your skills, ideas, and growth truly matter. You’ll assist Dr. Lindgren in a wide variety of procedures including:
Extractions
Direct composites
Crown & bridge
Endodontics
Dentures
Cosmetic dentistry

We use modern tools and technology like Eaglesoft software, Schick digital radiography, and CEREC Primescan/Primemill. Experience with these systems is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Here’s What We Offer:
Profit-sharing bonuses based on overall team success
One full hour for lunch every day
Daily morning huddles and weekly team meetings focused on communication and long-term goals

Schedule:
Full-time position: Tuesday through Friday, 7:40AM–4:40PM (with one hour lunch break)

MarVista Cosmetic and Family Dentistry is looking for a full-time OR part-time hygienist to join our team!

At MarVista Cosmetic and Family Dentistry we strive to provide premium care for our patients. There is no oral health without periodontal health. Our perio program is the foundation of our restorative and preventative treatment. We want someone who wants to treat patients to the best of their ability with the best equipment and the best support team. Everyone in the practice backs up our hygienist allowing them to do their best for our patients. You will be supplied with a diode laser, access to digital scanning to track recession, and multiple adjuncts such as Perio Protect. If you are not familiar with Perio Protect come check it out, it is providing health to a lot of patients who have been struggling with their home care.

We have the flexibility to design great schedules and support for our hygiene team. Our practice is MarVista Cosmetic and Family Dentistry located in the Baywood Park community of Los Osos. We have been here 20 years and we keep dedicating ourselves to delivering the best care through education, team work, and technology.

MarVista Dental is looking for a new addition to assist Dr. Lindgren on Fridays! We would like to fill this position with an experienced dental assistant or RDA.

We do all aspects of dentistry: extractions, direct composites, crown and bridge, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. We use Eaglesoft office software, Schick digital radiography, and CEREC Primescan/Primemill. Experience with any technology that we use is a plus, but we are willing to train.
