This last year has been an incredible year of prosthetics, growth, love and community.

I can’t relay how magical maxillofacial prosthetics but maybe a little nail pictograph can somewhat describe the love and adoration I have for this field and the people that have dedicated their time to mentor us.

Hand-threading eyelashes 👁️ into an orbital prosthesis isn’t what most people picture when they think of dentistry 🦷 — but for a Maxillofacial Prosthodontist, restoring facial form after cancer, trauma, or disease is part of the job.

And sometimes it’s one eyelash at a time.
