Dr. Adam Geach is a Board Certified dental specialist in Prosthodontics. Prosthodontists undergo 3 years of formal residency training beyond dental school, specializing in dental cosmetics, implants and complex reconstructive dentistry. Our cases range from simple fillings, bondings, or veneers (cosmetic procedures) to complex, full-mouth reconstructi

ons requiring replacement or restoration of all teeth. Our primary goal is to provide you with the most natural appearing, well fitting dental restorations possible. We are conservative in our approach and you will never be sold unnecessary treatments or products. We have an in-office dental laboratory with a master dental ceramist to create customized crowns, veneers and full-mouth restorations. We use quality materials that are highly esthetic and have been well documented and researched. We use dental implants and parts that demonstrate excellent success rates. We will spend as much time as needed to plan your case to achieve the result you are looking for.

The trend of overly white, opaque “Beverly Hills veneers” is fading as more patients want smiles that look natural, healthy, and uniquely fitted to their face. The best cosmetic dentistry isn’t about making teeth look fake-perfect — it’s about creating balance, character, and aesthetics that nobody questions.

A beautiful smile should enhance your appearance, not overpower it.

This patient had a dental implant placed for her front tooth when she was very young. Over many years, the surrounding teeth can move leaving the implant crown short compared to the other front tooth.

Some of these older implants  are difficult to restore especially if they weren’t placed properly.

In this case, the implant crown was removed and a new implant abutment and crown was made to better match the surrounding teeth. The trick is trying to hide as much of the titanium as possible.

Do you have a missing tooth that needs to be replaced with a dental implant? These pictures show how an implant crown is designed.

After placement of the implant, a scan or model of your teeth made. The implant crown is milled from a hard ceramic material. A hole is designed through the crown so that a small screw can hold the crown to the implant in your mouth. After placement in your mouth, the screw is tightened and the hole is covered with composite resin.

Your bite is then perfected and chewing function returns to normal. Gentle flossing and brushing keeps it clean just like having a natural tooth!

This patient fractured their front tooth and the #7 and 10 implants were used to made a bridge to replace the front 4 teeth.

Difficult implant position in #7 and 10 sites makes this case esthetically challenging. The existing implant crowns were removed and custom abutments were made. The teeth were replaced with a zirconia bridge.

Most people think cosmetic dentistry is just about how your smile looks…

But the real secret? Your bite (occlusion) 🦷

If your bite isn’t stable, even the most beautiful veneers or crowns can wear down faster, feel uncomfortable, or even fail over time. A proper bite ensures your teeth function naturally, distributes forces evenly, and protects your long-term oral health.

At Geach Dental, we don’t just design smiles—we engineer them to look incredible AND function flawlessly.

Because the best smiles aren’t just seen… they’re felt. ✨
