This patient fell and broke her front tooth, a temporary was placed somewhere else but she wanted something more aesthetic and stronger long term. A very natural porcelain veneer was placed by our office, which helped her smile more confidently.

The benefits of a dental CT scan are numerous. It offers enhanced visualization, providing a clearer view of the dental anatomy and aiding in identifying issues that might be missed in 2D imaging! Patient was having pain on an upper right molar and could not determine where but with the CT scan, we were able to determine where the infection was growing. Luckily, we were able to redo the root canal through the bridge to save both the patient鈥檚 tooth and bridge.

It is very important to follow up with your dental checkups to catch any cavities and prevent them from growing. Although, you might not have symptoms, cavities can still be growing without you knowing. Cavities, if left untreated, can lead to pain, infection, or even tooth loss. Luckily, we were able to restore these cavities with composite fillings and prevent any major treatment.

A crown is often the best choice to protect a damaged or weakened tooth, as in the case of this patient. This patient walked in with a broken crown from a root canal treated tooth and with a stronger foundation, we were able to restore his smile with a new crown!
