📣 February is Gum Disease Awareness Month—a perfect time to prioritize your gum health!

Gum disease, also known as periodontal disease, is a common yet preventable condition that can lead to serious health issues if left untreated.

Early signs include:

❌ Red or swollen gums

To maintain healthy gums, it's essential to:
✔️ Brush your teeth twice daily with fluoride toothpaste
✔️ Floss regularly to remove plaque between teeth
✔️ Schedule routine dental check-ups for professional cleanings and exams

Remember, your oral health is a vital component of your overall well-being. This month, take proactive steps to protect your smile and prevent gum disease. Contact us to learn more—link in bio.
