With Halloween right around the corner, let’s go over which treats we can enjoy and which might cause damage to your braces!!

✅ Most chocolate bars like plain Hershey’s and Reese’s are braces-friendly! You can also enjoy KitKats, plain M&Ms, soft cookies, and cheese puffs!!

🚩 When wearing braces this Halloween we’ll want to steer clear of anything too hard, sticky, crunchy, or chewy! It’s best to avoid taffies, caramels, anything with nuts, popcorn, jelly candies, and hard candies like Jolly Ranchers.

Don’t forget to brush extra good after enjoying your treats!!!!! 🎃🍫 Happy trick-or-treating!!
