The Dental community is grieving the heartbreaking loss of Dr. Cerina Fairfax.

Dr. Fairfax was more than a skilled and respected dentist—she was a devoted mother, a compassionate caregiver, and a steady presence in the lives of so many.

After graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, she built a thriving family practice grounded in kindness, trust, and truly patient-centered care.

Those who knew her speak of her warmth, her quiet strength, and her unwavering dedication to helping others.

Her life was tragically cut short, leaving behind two children and a community struggling to process an unimaginable loss.

The pain of her absence is deeply felt—not only by her family and friends, but by colleagues and patients whose lives she touched every day.

In the face of this tragedy, we come together to honor her memory and to support the two children she loved so fiercely. Below is a fund created to provide them with care, stability, and hope as they navigate this profound loss.

May her legacy of compassion and service continue to live on in all who knew her.
