We are board-certified Pediatric Dentists who specialize in the needs of infants, children through young adults, and children with special health care needs. Myth: All shark teeth are huge like a Megalodon.

Reality: Most sharks are small, and their teeth can measure less than an inch long.

Myth: Fake teeth feel just like real ones.

Reality: Replicas made of plastic or resin feel very light and smooth, whereas real fossil teeth feel heavy, dense, and slightly gritty.

Myth: Perfect teeth mean they are real.

Reality: Real teeth usually show small chips or worn edges from eating and ocean movement.

Dr Tingling a proud graduate of Academy of the Sacred Heart (Bloomfield Hills, Michigan) and her patient, AK from Stoke Ridge School of the Sacred Heart ( Bethesda, Maryland) discovered they share more than beautiful smiles. They also share the cherished tradition of wearing their Sacred Heart high school rings.

AK will begin her next chapter at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor as a future Wolverine 🐺
